Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.

 

Nearly two decades ago, I discovered Kinesiology—and it opened the door to something much deeper. That journey led me to become a Resolve Practitioner, which has profoundly deepened my work: helping clients access and release the subconscious patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode.

 

With thousands of clinic hours behind me, my approach is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply grounded. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level strategies. I guide you to the root—where the real change happens.

 

This work helps shift long-held emotional patterns, outdated beliefs, and protective responses that show up as stress, overwhelm, and physical symptoms.

 

As we resolve the root cause, the survival response softens—and lasting change becomes possible.
